What We're Actually About

How We Got Here

2018

The Beginning

Started out with just three lawyers, a shared vision, and way too much coffee. We saw businesses struggling with cross-border deals and thought, "there's gotta be a better way to do this." Turns out, we were right.

2020

Expansion & Adaptation

The world went remote, and so did we - but we were already ahead of the curve. Expanded our international practice and brought on specialists in IP and compliance. Our client base doubled because turns out, adaptability matters more than fancy offices.

2022

Growing the Team

Moved into our Bay Street offices and brought on board some seriously talented folks. Our M&A practice took off, and we started handling deals we'd only dreamed about a few years back. Still kept that startup mentality though.

2024

Recognition & Impact

Got recognized by some industry folks for our work, which was cool. But what mattered more was seeing our clients succeed - from startups going public to international expansions that actually worked out. That's the stuff we celebrate.

Today & Tomorrow
